Slide tackle

Has any1 else noticed how frikin hard it is to simply make the player perform a slide tackle, i dont mean execute one to actually tackle the opponent i mean just literally slide tackle when pressing the correct button!!! i find my defenders running along side and gettin into a good position to slide in so i hit the button once, twice, three frikin times and no slide tackle!!! but on other occasions it carrys out the slide tackle straight away? it leaves me rather miffed

I rarely slide but haven't had an issue

Same for me - I have no problem with sliding tackles. What is your Sliding Assistance on?

Not had any probs but i mainly use slide tackles for blocking, That's if i can time it right

I experience this problem as well. Sometimes when i press O nothing happens. Assistance 0. Still he should at least slide when pressing the correct button as mentioned earlier in the thread.

^^^^^Yeah, buy you know how KONAMI always find away to mess things up so try hard because I heard it's more useful this year. It's either that or your controller is bugged or doesn't function properly
