thanks

Since PES3 is a direct 8.1 game and ur card is in not completely a direct 8 card, you will/must encounter slow down problem no matter what cpu you are using.
However, as you have a p4 2.4 (either b or c) and fast ram
I think you can use 3d analzyer to emulate the missing directx 8 function by using the cpu power, so that you can aleast play 800*600 high in smoothly speed (stable 60 fps)
stan79 said:Gudster, most people can use 3d analyzer to emulate directx 8.1 function .
mx 4 400 does have some extra function beside clock speed
In china, most people just got mx series, and they now all used 3d analyze to play pes and wei 7!
stan79 said:There is a option in 3d analzyer to emulate direct 8,1 pixel shader and other functions and directx effect.
So check carefully before say anything butt head!
stan79 said:You loser also don't know that pes3 also require a good sound card.
That's why many people do not have smooth game play (due to their onboard sound)
stan79 said:Also, i am sorry my friend said some very stupid thing about gudster.
But for the comment about the sound, he is right ( you are also right in the aspect of turnning of sound in 3d benchmark, but trust me, turn off hardward acceleration in the sound section in dxdiag would boost up the frame rate)
I am a forum Moderator in an asian winning forum and it is the case.
For the other thing, he is wrong, he is just shitty since he paid 100 for a mx 440 two years ago.

Using some advanced features such as EAX will bring some older motherboards and their onboard sound to their knees, true. However the onboard sound on the N-Force 2 motherboards (soundstorm) is lightning and supports EAX so it is quicker. Its only 5.1 though so anybody with 6 or more speakers will be a bit miffed.
Not a problem.![]()

He is just a friend.
He wasn't happy these days, he lived in my home for a few days.
He didn't read clearly, he was just angry and very sorrow
Forget him and me
For the soundstorm in Nforce (MCP-T) it is not bad, but i don't think it is better and faster than a sound blaster live value or above.
