Love the new Pro Evo, however after the new patch update, it doesn't load anymore. Anyone any idea's whats going on, or can you help?

Modes don't load?
Saves don't load?

Sorry mate. Yeh the exe. doesn't load. I mean the Play, Install, Settings etc come sup, i click play and nothing happens. I use the icon on my desktop, nothing. Just since i have downloaded the patch but.

Are you using Vista or XP? If your using Vista try running the PES.exe in administrator mode.

BTW, if you are using Vista, did you use administrator mode for the patch also?

Did any messages come up after installing the patch?

I fixed my problem by using Fubars suggestion. Theres really no other way to describe this other than saying that after applying the update, the game won't run at all, the screen just stays at the desktop, and the pro evoltion 2009.exe won't even show up in the taskbar.

You can always describe your hardware and system.... that usually helps...

Also, if you already found a soltuion for your problem, it would be nice for you to describe how you fixed it, so you can help others who might have the same prolem.

No mate using XP.

I dont know off hand my system spec but i know when I went to settings and then the end tab i think "system requirments" its was good, good, ok, ok.

Any more info needed mate just say :).

Anyone got any ideas. I see some other people are getting this problem in other forums etc, and no one has gave a reply except, get a crack and it works fine, but im not illegal.

You don't need to be illegal to use a no-DVD fix. :)

Many people do this so it saves them using the actual CD. And it also gets rid of the protection which also causes problems of its own some times.

I'm not sure if MODs will kick my ass for posting a no-DVD fix, so if you want it, let me know and I'll PM you with a link.
