That is a bit too overrated, I've seen him play once only but that makes him a superstar

This does not make him a superstar, this is absolutely not overrated. I see him play every week so I can tell...
He has the same potential as Van der Vaart, maybe even better. And if you compare VdV's updated version with my version of Sneijder, you can't say I overrate.
I think these stats are realistic but you can have your own opinion.

70 is much to high for a player like Sneijder who's a great offensive midfielder. I agree with the rest of your stats. But my suggestion is to give him 50 for defense.
