some help regarding buying players

i thought that the popularity of the club affects the level of player that i can buy. like if my club is b, then i can players of b popularity level but it aint so. i have a popularity level and i cannot a players like benzema and aguero and nani. i used manu but stared with default players. it was hell.some help on how to get them pls. and im on my fourth season.

btw heres my team.

gk: borges, hong yon nam, ramon, solimar
def: guimaraes, drenthe, dagaka, rafael, fabio, bianchi, caceres, m.sakho
mid: lucas, kaiser, piatti, sasaki, shubin, walcott, gambino, ochirosii, chirne, shaw
cf: agbonlahor, pato, bojan, khumalo, balotelli

mate with the team u have i think improve the ones u have. for example, u have hong yon nam, drenthe, dagaka, kaiser, shubin, Walcott! (improves amazingly), shaw(amazing), agbonlahor(fabulous speed), bojan, Balotelli(i have him and he improves very well)superb players!
keep ones you have, if u want loan like the players that u dont play as much to keep them happy and then when they return play them till they score afew.

dont take your eye off their likeness(how happy they are) because if there not happy, they dont play or have the best of form most of the time.
