Can someone help me with fraps????

before i capture. my pes3 runs at 60fps. however when i capture it drops to just 7fps which is shit. how do i increase the fps once capturing? cos i wanted to post a few vids

ok i now have the fps sorted. but virtualdub compresses the video (with divx) still at like 60megs ???????? its only 30 seconds

if you used divx compression, it will be less than that!! i did nearly 3 minutes of video and it was only 20mb....so change the compression codec under video/compression, in virtualdub.

yeh video sizes are a bit on the big side but there ya go thats life.
