I have started master league with man united in english division 2. There is a young guy called " Van Boraad " in my team, i have seen him develope once, overall rating increase about 3 point ( i can't remember exactly ). I am wondering that can he develope like that again ? he is young. I want to raise up a player more than to buy an good old player. Can someone help me ? thank :laugh:

Yes, he might flourish again. Needs to play well, which means goals/assists for midfielders and attackers, and probably passing/tackling for defenders, for a few games in a row. It isn't completely known how it works, it just happens sometimes.
