Yes I know what you are talking about...I have a sony tv and me and a friend was playing pes3 on a playstation 2 in a shop in denmark and it was sooo slow, I allmost couldent play it, it was that slow...

Yeah man, I fully agree. I have a 29" Sony television and the difference in speed compared to my friends Philips widesreen is quite amazing. It feels like the players are running in glue on his telly! I'm talking about PES2 here (not PES3 with 50hz/60hz option)!! I've only ever played WE7 on my telly (lack of ntsc support on my mates telly) so I don't know how that compares. Anyone know what the cause of this could be? Frame rate?

has anyone got an enhanced scart lead for their ps2?

i originly had my ps2 through my aeriel so the picture wasn't as good but for my b day i got a new tele so i have it through my scart now through an enhanced scart lead.

graphics are much improved.

only bad thing is i have a 2.1 speaker system as well and when i put that in the gold adapters the sound on the speakers isn't as loud.you haved to turn it right up to here it which ain't that bad.

My parents have 52" Zenith Wide Screen TV in their living room. Do you think if I try to hook it up, the game will be faster..

I use an RGB scart cable due to the fact that my chip (DMS3) removes Macrovision. Macrovision means that the screen is green to combat piracy when you try to use a better cable and get a better picture. The picture is noticably clearer but the speed is not affected by the cable. It just depends on what make of T.V you have. Like i said earlier, my WE7 and PES3 run a bit faster on my Sony than on my mates Philips.

i got it from comet for £4.99

i've gone from playing pes3 on a poor quality tele conneted throught the aeriel.

to playing it on a good tele through an enhanced scart lead on 60hz.

Does the stutter still occur on the Sony TV!!!!!!? Someone posted a while back and said that the stuttering is caused by the type of Tv.

I Must say guys I been playing the game for 3 weeks now on a Sony tele and I haven't come across any stutter!!!!

I did notice it on PES 2 but not on PES 3!
