Specifications for best option file

Hey all, i've been looking all over the net for the past week for an option file that suits me but cannot find one anywhere.

Im looking for a file that has:

- January Transfers (world wide)
- All classic teams and players unlocked
- Kits for the big for EPL teams plus possibly Middlesbrough kit?
- No changed or edited stats
- Correct team names/players/squad numbers/captains/formations ect
- No change to injury tolerance
- Works on UK 40gb PS3
- No duplicate players and new players created
- And some created teams (whether it be championship,other european, im not bothered)

If anyone has a file with features like this i AM willing to pay a small amount for it which i can afford.

Apart from the brough kit what bit's are missing that you so desire?

One of the main one is the changing of stats, lots of OF's seem to have suped up players. Also some OF's seem to only focus on Jan Transfers in england not worldwide.

If you can find one with these two features as well as the obvious renaming of teams ect ect, id be very grateful. Cheers.
