Would PES3 work on this:
PIII 500 mhz
ATI Rage 4mb graphics card
128mb ram

I know nothin bout PC's, would it even work on the lowest graphical resoulution?

Absolutely no way. You wouldn't even get it running on a quarter of the speed on lowest details and resoultion with that computer... the game probably wouldn't even start.

put it this way. i have a pentium 4, 2.8ghz, 512mb ram and a 64mb graphics card, and it ran slow. no chance mate

the key is to have a good graphics card. you could probably play it on half my processor and ram if it had a good graphics card.

although ive been told that if i switch the priority of my system to realtime through the task manager in xp, i can make it work. ive already taken it back but im considering getting it again to see if this works.

can anyone confirm/have a good guess as to if it will or not?

I have compaq evo laptop, with amd athlon 1.66ghz processor, 64mb radeon integrated graphics and 320 Ram and it runs smooth but just slightly too fast with 640x480 resolution, high graphical detail and double speed mode on. The key is that it runs just over half the intended game speed on normal speed, so double speed does the job great. Stadium selection and lighting really do effect the playability though, night games can get jerky.

no offence...but a 4mb graphics card these days is criminal. need atleast, and i mean ATLEAST a 32mb card, and even then it won't go very far. I used to have a 32mb card back in 98, a matrox g400, i dunno if anyones head of it, but that would not even play pro evo 3 at all. Infact, my old geforce 2ti, which had 64mb, would have really struggled, and still probably wouldnt have played it. So just to put into perspective, me thinks you need an upgrade.

what are you talking about...the game running too fast on normal speed at 640? From your specs if anything, the game should be running slow. Double speed mode should be playing a like fast forward on a video/dvd...not normal play speed.

You appear to need 64mb or above!!! some cards dont have ddr ram on them either which is detrimental to the performance of them.. for decent performance i would say Radeon 9500 PRO or above.... should be able to handle most things you can through at it.....
