Heres another tip for y'all 
When you are running (usually down the wing), whilst holding :R1:, hold :R2: as well. Now move diagonally, and your player will kick it further in front, allowing him to sprint to the ball.
Best used when going down the wing and needing to cut out a defender.
You have to change your direction for it to work, you cant run in a straight line and speed burst.
