Oh what a splendid array of kits and colours are available in PES3(!)

I thought PES2 was poor.

I challenge anyone 2 make a feaseable Barcelona away kit.

Go on, I dare ye!

I'm away to curl up in front of the telly with a tub of ice cream in my dressing gown!

the Barcelona away kit looks like:
which is quite good actually. Just add blue text and numbers.

The edit mode is better than PES2 I think.

Generally, I would easily say that PES3's Editing features are far superior to those of PES2.

Barca away is one of the toughies, however.
Try this:

Shirt - 2 Row, 18 Column. Colors - 1: Light Gray, 2: Blue 3, 3: Light Gray
Pants - 3,1. Colors - 1: Light Gray, 2: Blue 3, 3: Light Gray
Socks - 2,3. Colors - 1: Light Gray, 2: Blue 3
Uniform Name - all Blue 1

Although the editing mode in PES3 seems to have far less colours and kits to choose from i think that overall its alot better. MAny of the teams actual kits are accurately recreated as one of the kits and all you have to do is find it. It makes it seem weird that if Konami included the real kits in the game why didn't they assign them to the correct teams to begin with?

they havent assigned them to the real teams alraedy because they dont have the license to do so, but i agree that you can find most clubs kits in there. the nike ones are particularly good
