or better yet has anyone become the penalty/free/corner kick taker for their team?

I currently am the PK taker of my team.

I have taken a few corners and free kicks when the ordinary taker wasn't playing.

You might.

It's not something everyone automatically becomes, its up to the AI manager.

I've been a permanent captain at the age of 24 once. Only once, out of like 4-5 BAL players.

I am currently the PK taker for my team Real Madrid and the second free kick taker behind Cristiano Ronaldo

Occasionally, I take every spot kick (aside of 2nd free kick of course) for Fiorentina. But that changes every now and then, depends on me and my "competitors'" conditions I suppose. I am constantly responsible for at least one spot kick though.

It all depends on how good you are, obviously, not that hard to attain. You should get the spot kick duties once your kicking stats reach 85 and above.

As for the skipper armband, never got one. Of course I am captain every now and then when substituting a captain, but that doesn't count does it.
