Spyware are programs that you didnt install on purpose and that can do harmful things to your computer.

Hampering game performance is one of them.

I recommend running Spybot and Adaware at least once a month to clean things out.

This might also be a nice thing to do if you are having problems, both are easily found in Google.

I have never used spybot but adaware does the job for me anyway..... plus I would advise people to be extremely careful when installing things that contain Third Party software.....

yep
usually people never run this and i only run it every month or so

so when i run both of them once, there is usually something it cant remove that requires a reboot. i then set them both up to run after the reboot and it cleans out the remaning things.

it is good to run it regularly along with maybe a virus check every so often.. but back to the main subject I only mentioned spyware to do with Kazaa and morpheus etc I didnt intend to open up a huge confusion.. sorry guys
