Stadium & Crowds

The stadiums have been given a major overhaul along with the graphics of the crowds.

You really do get a sense of atmosphere within the stadiums where as the stadia on FIFA all seem to feel the same.

The best stadium I think has got to be summer fine day in the orange arena. You can feel enclosed within the towering stands and nly a little sunlight gets on to the pitch. GO AHEAD And try it.

Also the Dome stadium is good.

WHAT IS EVERYONES favourite stadium???

good thread. i like the licenced stadiums cos they seem to look better graphically.

has anyone noticed how real the area behind the goal looks in the delle alpi?? almost looks too real compared to the rest of the stadium!

im still undecided as to what my favoruite stadium is.

I'm 50/50 when deciding on day or night.

Usually depends who I am playing (I know that sounds stupid)

Tend to use some stadiums (eg Orange Arena for day and also Stamford Bridge). Generally use night time for old trafford / liverpool. Their is no option for deciding whether the roof on orange arena is open or closed. Usually random on the nightgames!!

i know what u mean, on the old versions of pes you couldnt play at the san siro during the day cos the pitch blinded u and u couldnt see the ball!!

just been looking on the front page of this site at the stadium lists. Why have most of them not got the actual game name?

What's the best way to start a season or master league or so when u consider the audience and commentary?

What are the best settings to get the best atmosphere including commentary, day or night,etc.....

Thx.

I think the japanese dome as a good idea. It just feels right! It has the atmosphere of playing indoors. Very similar to playing at the orange arena (AJAX) when the roof their is closed. It would be good if (like Fifa) they had 4 or 5 generic grounds such as closed square stadium or open 3 tier stand. YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. (these can then be applicable to teams without their homeground) or build your own. Could be simple. i.e 2 tier stands on one side. 3 tiers on other sides. grass cut in thick stripes and tunnel in corner (not too difficult)

I like the water puddle reflections effect on the red gravel (the stuff they use for athletics tracks) around the outside of some of the pitches when it rains. Hope they make more of an effort with advertising boards next time. I'm sure companies wouldn't mind promoting themselves on one of the most popular footie games around. Like the Juve one has an offical board but is replicated the whole way round. If it has to be Juve related then fine, but they could've had Nike (kit Suppliers) their sponsors etc, make up one for the ML badge etc

why are there no subs or managers sitting in the dug outs or on the bench? Highbury looks stupid with the empty bench!
Also on master league how come i lose loads of points straight away even thought i'm not buying players from other clubs?

Send a PM to hitmanuk2k and I'm sure he will sort it out.

I like the nakhon ratchasima one too. I much prefer to play matches on sunny days rather than night time. Reverse vampireness or something :)

with regards to master league points. You pay out points (salary points for players per match played). I think you start off wit 300 points on this title. It was a lot less strict on PES2. GOD help you if you win a match and buy a quality player!!!

i feel that the bench should be filled with coaches and players, at least some people. its looks kinda weird but its not a big deal.
btw can we change the stadium's net colour? i love the sangam stadium blue net

It's not that big, but it's so pointless not to have the benches full! It probably would've been easier to put figures on the bench. I really don't get it!
