Stamina/Fatigue gauge

Just curious about the stamina /fatigue gauge. I have some players that show half green bars and a bit less on the blue fatigue side. Does this mean this player is fine to play at top form? I need a better explanation of what the gauges are telling me. If my green stamina gauge is low and my blue fatigue gauge is close to half or less , is this player a good candidate to play for a half or so? :erm:

You can always play them, it's just a matter of minutes. If a player goes into a game with existing fatigue and reaches the end of his stamina, the player will complain. It also seems to put that player at higher risk of injury until his fatigue gauge is back full… but I could be wrong.

I thought a full blue bar (being full blue colored) was very fatigued??
And a full green bar meant , full stamina?

It is.

I'm sorry, I didn't read your question closely enough. I RARELY play a player nearing a half empty fatigue bar, only doing so if they have the stamina to back it up.

LOL ! no wonder my Juventus team has been getting beat up. I didn't pay attention to the fatigue gauge and played them into the ground. Probably gonna have to sit my best players for 3 games? seems like there stamina is slower to come back then there healthy fatigue gauge ;(

Depending on a player's stamina rating (I believe stamina affects both on-the-field energy and fatigue recovery speed, as opposed to fatigue recovery being uniform for all players), they should be good to go from almost any fatigue level in about 4 days. At least, that's what I've found. It's only really rough during match pile-ups that coincide with national call-ups.

That being said, a player with an excellent stamina rating can play through fatigue without much trouble if their gametime stamina gauge doesn't fully empty after 90 minutes (Duffy is a good example, if you started with the traditional crappy ML players).
