1.Open bootpack with winrar then extract unnamed_4429 and unnamed 4560 to desktop
2.Open 0_text.afs(C;/program files/pro evolution soccer 5/dat/0_text) in Game Graphic Studio
3.Import the unnamed_4429.bin in bootpack folder over the one already in you 0_text
4.Do the same for unnamed_4560.str
5.Close Game Graphic Studio
6.Now enjoy the the bootpack!

First you need DKZ Studio (click the HUGE yellow button in this website http://downloads.gamingaccess.com/index.php?file_id=4118)
Then install DKZ Studio and Run it.
Open the file 0_text.afs located in your KONAMI/Pro Evolution Soccer 5/dat folder.
Search for the file named "unnamed_4560.str" in the file you opened (0_text.afs)
When you find it, right click it and choose: "Import a file over this one" or something like that..just import; then a window will pop-up requesting the file, just choose the file that you downloaded (I believe you can extract the files inside the .rar file right).
Then do the same for the "unnamed_4429.bin" file.
Now just save the 0_text.afs file ***BUT MAKE A BACKUP OF THE ORIGINAL 0_TEXT.AFS FILE FIRST***
Then go play.

No 4429
