still new to PES3 after FIFA

I've been playing PES3 for the past 2 months now (after dumping FIFA for good!). I'm now trying out the ML. But before begining the ML, I just want to know what the standard or average game settings should be set before starting the ML?

Is it common for PES gammers to set the game at 5 stars in a 10min match? or is 3 star in 10mins more reasonable to start the league? Apprerciate receiving any advise before I start the ML.

To tell you honestly, I don't play at a 5 star level unless I play France vs China in a 15-20min friendly match.

Leave transfer stuff as default.
