i was playing and im manutd and vidic got a yellow card and i went to sub him and it was highlited that the was sent off so i clicked him and subbed him for brown and then i tryed to cancel the sub and it wouldnt so i clicked on evans for vidic and then oshea and i couldnt cancel any of them so all three subs were coming on for vidic so on the screen it showed like this

and only one came on and it used up all my subs has this happand to anyone else

Yes, twice. Both to players who had been booked - although I didn't try it three times like you did.

I assume you were on the Substitutions page - if you go to Formation Settings you can sub the player easily enough without the glitch happening.
