Some of you are way off....suggestions is for BAL not masterleague.

As ive stated before:

Reserve and youth matches against other clubs

A league system containing many teams. For ex.

Div TOP
Div 1
Div 2
Div 3
Non league
Rescerve
Youth

And National teams ofcourse

If youre not good enough youll play at lower levels but maybe be the top scorer of non league..

in depth training would be good but be done in a way which isnt repetitive

Little mini-games would be pretty good - like the kind of minigames on Virtua Tennis, but more realistic with less giant tennis balls and flying fruit. More like cones and normal sized footballs.

^^^Yh tht would be fun but doing that week in week out would eventually get tedius like every other idea. Im trying to think of something you could do week in week out that would involve training and could be different each week but cant think of much. Maybe the cones etc idea would be really good for your first season during a 'trial' to evaluate how good you are to coaches and to get you started and then once you have been picked you dont need to do it.

What about a pre season tournament in the layout of a world cup with a bunch of non playable teams where all the up and coming 17 year olds get drafted into teams, scouted and eventually picked for professional teams based on your performance at the end of the tournament. Obviously the idea needs some TLC and some areas would need to be ironed out but in principle it could work.

even more in depth training than suggested maybe

Stuff like running around a pitch for stamina and SAQ training for agility and response, etc

We had that before and I actually spent the off season longer than the real season cos i was training every single key player I had, e.g. dribbling between cones, sprinting, free kicks, etc.

After a few ML seasons (and days of wasted hours) I gave it up lol

Before I begin, im an AMF converted to CMF because Inter/Chelsea play that system.

1. Sort out the AI, no matter what club I've played for there is a distinct problem with the AI being slow and sloppy, with no vision. Opponent AI often makes some killer balls...why the difference? There's too much emphasis on you having an impact.

2. Stop with the Rafa Rotation policy

3. Camera - I'd like a wide/normal camera angle that zooms out when I dont have the ball and back in when I do, Vertical is nice but choices are better.

4. Communcation - I'd like some options to communicate with fellow players and the manager, both on the field and off. Both for gimmick and functional purposes.

5. Space - Players off the ball from me should utilise space better and make movement into space, currently its a rarity.

6. Pre-Professional contract stat allocation - I'd like more control over what kind of stats I start off with higher than others, not just based on which position I select.

7. ML Integration (though I have no idea if this is currently possible) - After I've played through to retirement, I'd like to be able to import my player into a new ML game ala the classic players.

8. Training - Why can't I jump on the training pitch with my BAL player? Don't necessarily have to improve stats, I just want to practice/test with what my guy can do.

9. I'd like to play CB/SB if I so wish to (tho not sure if WB puts you as SB, never tried..), why was this never part of BAL i'll never understand.

10. Less emphasis on position and more on your contribution - if my teams playing shite sometimes I have to roam around to pick up their slack, get a couple of goals maybe an assist plenty of interceptions...7.0 rating because I roamed. Position of course should count, but try integrate some context. In my lesser teams I would hold position more even if we were doing rubbish/losing as victory was less important than my rating, so I could move on to better teams. This should not be in my thinking...

There's prob more, but that'll do for now.

Are you playing on Top Player? I agree the AI sometimes makes daft decisions but on Top Player it's few and far between. I find your team play far better if you play as a team player i.e when defending mark your man and close down runs - your team will end up winning the ball back more often than not. When your team is in possession stay in space and your team will hold on to the ball longer. You get covered by a defender and watch your team lose the ball - it's happened far too often to me to be coincidence. BAL rewards good play, as long as your on Top Player ;)

Of course i'm playing on Top player, have done from the start. They still play like retards unless I have a heavy impact, which is unrealistic and not PES philosophy. I shouldn't have to get into space being the forward most CMF to recieve a pass from my RB/RCB (i.e. opposite to my CMF position). So the DMF/winger/other CMF isn't there, they hoof it out or lose it. Not all the time, but fact is it happens..and shouldnt.

Edit: I don't even know how they play on other difficulties, have been top player since i installed.

I'm playing with Newcastle Utd - hardly full of star players - but I'm not suffering from crap AI apart from the odd occassion. But hey-ho, maybe the team isn't for you. I had a spell with Fulham that was utter shite.

 If you're not in space then why would they pass to you?

Engage brain, then type.

I obviously didn't make it clear enough, or you didn't read to the next sentence of "So the DMF/winger/other CMF isn't there".

I was trying to explain that im not the one who should be in space for that pass if im not on that side of the pitch to do so, it should be the other CMF or the DM/winger...they don't make space and the ball gets hoofed out. Otherwise i come across breaking my position leaving a gap?

Sometimes I do, but it affects the rating and leaves passes lacking with my position empty.

Irony in your last line there pal.

the only real thing needed is, i suppose... to merge the master league and the BAL mode by uhhh....when you retire, let the master league mode kick in. But also change the master league so that you can change clubs (work for other clubs etc.) and maybe even national squads? o_O
