Anyway more about the goal, swerving, dipping, everything really in this volley, it also hits the bar and in to add a nice effect.

Cheers Tom. Does anyone know of a program/method on how to get rid of the sound in video clips like my goal? I was thinking it could reduce the file size a little more. The vid is taken straight from digital camera on my new 32' flatscreen HDTV D) and is great quality, no bars you would usually get from recording off other tv's, but the sound quality is awful...

..any ideas?

You can use Windows Movie Maker to remove sound from video clips.
