Team Closing Down in BAL *Big Tip*

I read this in a few other threads but this really is a massive tip that everyone playing Bal should use!

The team closing down used in normal pes modes works in BAL too.

So when your team is not in possession hold down the shoot button and your team will close down your opponents for you!

Now you wont have to chase down every ball to get a touch, you will last longer and you can hang more in space not chasing down and lastly you WILL win more games!

Although i think they should have implemented this so only being Captain would allow you to effect your whole team.

Lol that doesn't work, i tried it when i first got pes, defenders automatically tackle the player so it's probably you being a bit of a dumbass?

believe me it does work! Players close down the oppostion! You get tonns more interceptions and they tackle much quicker.

Here is a question for ya. At the bottom on the screen i see blue numbered dots. What are these for and can i do anything with them?

they are your managers strategy .. if you check in the lineup screen you can see what each one represents e.g. wingbacks overlapping etc

Might just be to let you know if the manager is chaning styles so you can alter how you place. Doubt i will get a call up for england at everton tho with out form. mid table.

i got england call up whilst 2nd bottom with Portsmouth! I though it was an automatic thing! Now im first choice AMF and start every game!

Errr... in fact I don't hold it down permanently and I still win loads of games.

It's not really a tip since it's part of the game anyway, and anybody who knows how to play the game properly will already know of the technique.

there is no such command. not in BAL. go ahead and look it up in the instructions manual or even in the command list within the game. That button isn't used.

funnily, this is a key that i use in every match of mine, except that i found it never works in BAL. Its supposed to be that way. You are in control of ur player and ur player only. No team 'management' within the pitch.. What is this??? Fifa? Where it makes no difference whether u r in control of ur player or the rest of the team, u r the one, who seemingly, makes all the decisions (for ur teammates); those shooting, defending, crossing...everything... doesnt it just take out the logic and original intent out of the mode??.. Think about it...
