We needed to win to get promoted. We were 1-0 down until the 84th minute, when an inviting cross by Joel was headed home by yours truly. We then pressed on and in the 88th minute the ball broke to Bam in the penalty area and he neatly tucked it home. It reminded me a bit of Lineker's equalizer against West Germany at Italia 90, but from the opposite side and a fair bit closer. We then bucked down to defend like hell but bizarrely the opposition took the kick off and then proceeded to run it back into their own net, making it 3-1.

What happened to us last night? In the first match we played so well.... then after that we were awful. A case of too many cooks?
I must again apologise for my crap finishing, and particularly when about 4 of us went through on goal, I tried to lay it off to the right but my pro decides to hit the ball forwards! I don't know what it is.... if I'm playing with Championship or League 1 teams online, I feel confident going through on goal, with players who a similar finishing stat (71) or less. But in clubs it's completely different!

I must congratulated [MENTION=115957]Bammers05[/MENTION] though, on what must be one of the best own goals I've ever seen on Fifa.

What was that one like? Were you on for Bammers goal btw or had you gone by then? He basically made a simple pass back to the keeper, who decided he'd let it between his legs into the back of the net. You just had to laugh. This type of shit only seems to happen to us.

30-40 yarder. Was a long pass aimed up field when I was near the edge of the pitch. Ended up going in the direction of our goal somehow and nestled beautifully in the side of the net.
Thankfully we easily won the game. I remember Barn ( I think it was) saying he'd murder my family if it cost us points.

Phats had a bullshit OG as well last week or so. Just passed it back to the GK, hardly any pace on the ball, and he just stands there letting go through his legs.

I never, ever see the amount of bullshit we put up with happen to our opponents.

We actually got the win though (maybe they got kicked off before us), so it's all good. We got 6 games to get 3 wins. Let's GOAT tonight.

Before starting last night I needed 2 more yellow cards for an accomplishment (I was on 18). You all saw me get three, yet when I checked at the end it said I had 19?

Some great play in that last game, and I was happy to get 4 very different goals. I think I might have a spell in midfield or defence tonight to get some other accomplishments; also to give some other fucker a chance up front. I apologize for my chronic shitness in advance.

Barn's demise was rather disastrous, got overrun in midfield as the CPU wandered around aimlessly with his VP. I thought we played very well in the first few games and were really unfortunate not to score a few before conceding that fateful goal. Have we won Division 1 on FIFA 14?
