I've got a mic but no-one else does so it seems pointless me using it talking to myself. Fab and Del both have mics too.

I've got a mic, but everytime I've been on nobody else has it so I thought it was pointless...

I really enjoyed playing up front today & I feel that's my best position, I was making some decent runs & passes (although response time kills me sometimes!)

But isn't it all about learning as you watch the action unfold each time? For example, there can be some games where we constantly attack down left wing. Fair play, no issue but I keep coming over to the left to get involved. Larely I've noticed and then tried to hold my position on the right a lot more, preferring to hold my role in the formation which keeps me less involved but is liable to get me in a superior goalscoring position should a cross or pass be made. Its all about trying to adapt to what you see happening. You don't want to go into a game with a specific, set plan in place because it depends on the opposition, especially in our roles as they're at the ends of the pitch albeit different ones.

I also need to be more like Inzaghi :erm: - if I miss a chance then I take the flak and move on. I might miss five one-on-ones in the game but at least I'm getting there to have the chance and you'd hope I'm learning from my mistakes. I've started chickening out of taking the shot and looking for a pass instead but that tends to make matters worse.

Why doesnt someone make a different thread for a list of the full squad with the formation and player positions etc?

At least that way some new recruits and others players will not double up in positions. Phats and Calcio up front with Divino behind them - you guys are real good in these roles. Also, at least whoever is captain knows which formation to play - I dont have a clue what formation you guys like if I was captain.

Just a suggestion.

PS. Mig also has a mic.

Brilliant moves in attack against Digital Spy United until they quit. I'm happy with the five or six assists I got tonight and my last goal was sexy.

Whoever played the ball through for me to break clean away and then lay it back to Phats who scored from 18 yards against them in the first half - perfect ball. I think it was Miggy.
