As a striker it is horrible but I had it once as a defender and it works really well as usually you are relying on the radar to position your player if the opposition starts a counter attack.

Yeah, I was playing CF at the time and just couldn't get into the game. I imagine it would be actually beneficial in defence, I really struggle with my positioning on Tele, when I played at RB I was utterly woeful. Though some of that may be just me!

I'll be on tonight but I've only got a 30 minute window, what time is best for everyone?

I'll hopefully be around tonight.

Positioning your defender well throughout the entire game is bloody difficult on the Tele camera. Might experiment a bit with some other cameras tonight before coming online.

I should be around for some matches tonight. Anyone else fancy playing ANY? If no-one else is looking to play ANY, then I'll play there; if not I might play at the back with Nifty, see if we can form a good partnership.

I started playing as a centre-back at the very start, and then moved on to different positions. I'm good in defence though. As we both have headses, it may well work wonders.

What you reckon, Nifty?

Berry - get yourself online tonight and play centre back with me. We'll have headset banter, ropey defending and plenty of blaming the goalkeeper for things that were clearly our fault.

Plus, with my London and your northern accents we're bound to annoy the fuck out of any opposition who might be listening - not to mention our own teammates as well.

I got engrossed in the darts and ended up falling asleep straight after the Whitlock-Barney match, so didn't end up online at all.

Potentially tonight, but the darts is again a factor (as is my general tiredness - I'm at work and will be working until about 8pm I imagine).

That's my last night staying up as late as it was, I'm back at school tomorrow and my dad will be going back to switching off the Internet so I go to bed at a sensible time.

I might be up for some matches sometime today though... I shall be watching the West Ham v Arsenal game this afternoon though. We'll see.

Some good games last night and some not so good games... The 10-1 and 7-2 loss were extremely disappointing, however the 6-4 win was enjoyable and I thought I played well in the first match where we were 4-0 up in 30 minutes before I got rudely disconnected.

Me, Original?, Gin & Delboy (Fab was on for the first game) were absolutely deadly last night! We must've scored like 20 goals in 3 games, it was just magical to be involved in. Original? and I scored some great goals, I was finishing everything with my head, he was curling the shots in from long-range, Delboy was crossing the balls in very well and Gin was solid as ANY, kept it tight at the back.

T'was awesome. :cool:

I must have come on just after you left Berry, five of us (with Original?, Delboy, Gin and Fab) won 8-1 in the first game with me scoring five (scary, I know) but then lost 3-2 in a game I felt we should have at least drawn.
