Cheers Trev, that's my Master League sorted, I might never see the wife again

aberdeen and colo colo! never thought i'd be so excited about these two teams, that's the brilliance of the legends, it's gaming and learning all in one!

Working on a few new teams and kits as well.

Kit requests get them in! nothing too complicated.

Lol thanks pal :).I think SMcCutcheon & Zlac of evo.web deserve special mention as without their work we would have never had what we thought at the start, wouldn't be a possibility.

Great too see your work get the respect and credit it deserves mate. Been taking a look when I can. Daddy day care been keeping me busy, barely get a chance to edit/play these days. But at least all your great work will still be there for me in the future to enjoy. :)

Can also get the we mans football education started early lol. Pes 17 will be the first game he plays (and the only one that exists according to me lol). He'll have great work to learn from about the history of football. :)

Thanks buddy, you of all people know how long I have wanted to get a Classic National Team file out there ;)

I second your comments about SMcCutcheon & Zlac of evo.web, I've added them to my 'Thank You List' as well as your good self.

I can understand what you're saying about PES17 being the only game to play in the future, I can see it having a bit of a cult following like PES 6 has TBH. The amount of work and efforts the Classic Fan Community has put in this year is amazing.

If PES 2018 doesn't offer anything new, in terms of editing options, I doubt I will be abandoning PES 2017 either. When I say 'anything new', I am hoping for the ability to import chants, extra fake leagues, ability to add National teams, stadium editor... basically everything we had 5 years ago but somehow with the better consoles we don't get anymore

Well you certainly have a HUGE amount of educational material from all our efforts this year to start making the 'Little Guy' a retro nut like that the rest of us :D

totally agree Ratmundo, I had similar thoughts recently, unless they bring out stadium editor, chant editor, player IDs (to allow us to edit players and not overwrite others edits), and short shorts for those 80s legends in PES2018 there is no reason to stop playing PES2017. The gameplay is spot on.

I just tweeted our chat, so hopefully they take note ;)

I echo that sentiment. It's taken me 6 months to tweak my own personal club classic file to just about how i want it and a great international one on my 2nd profile. Some great work been done on here and elsewhere. I only play for the classics so if the next instalment does not show some good changes on the editing side, i may just stick with 2017, i'm still finding it tremendous fun :D

You just know that Konami are going to see the 'anything new' part & alter the kit templates & face build parameters for PES2018 so nothing can be transported over & think to themselves, 'that's what they want, now it's all new!'

Congrats on your file by the way, good to see you getting all the praise & good feedback you deserve.

In complete agreement Ratmundo RedTed.

Konami have to expand the editing or there is little point in us moving on. Ratmundo like you said mate. The hard work and shear amount of time that is needed to produce this type of work is no small task. Maybe 12-24 hours straight too create a first draft of any one team and that's when the data is handy. Then you combine that with work/home life and other social aspects of life. It's a lot of time of people's day. Barely time in the day for normal human functions (eating, using the toilet and sleeping).

This thread could turn in to the retro football lonely hearts club with all our ladies getting rid of us for spending to much time editing pes lol. The good thing is we have grown with more real passionate retro football lovers so it may not as big task in future but definitely not something I'd look starting all over again.

Can you imagine if we have the option to import this years teams into next years game?? Oh my word it would be something, I think the last time they did that was a couple of years ago?

If they just have the same face build then it is something I suppose, I don't fancy starting all this all over again either :crymore:

maestrillo Thanks Pablo. I'm sure many will enjoy your great work :) and the team of your heart.
Trev and Pippjfreak Great work again with Aberdeen. A team I've been really looking forward to myself.

I'm going to have to sort out the thread proper one of these days as it's cramp and not organised to well. Also have to get Duc's Standard Leige available although need kits for them though.

It would be great indeed. That alone would encourage us too move on.

I actually think it could be the case. Nothing really stopping them as it is not like we are able to transfer licensed teams/ players from previous games as the appear to have removed them from the code.

It actually should be the minimum konami do with editing IMO.

Ya know what... with all the editing and DLC's now out of the way. Finally I can concerntrate on actually playing PES 2017. And I am almost tempted to update PES2017 with the transfers and kits for 2017-2018 season and skip PES 2018 entirely... (this is what I did with PES 2013 on xbox 360 until PES 2016 came out)

I have all the players I have ever wanted in PES 2017 (Except Roberto Carlos). And having preset faces for Davids & R9 is all I really ever need!

Harry if you can't get sorted with kits for Standard Liege let me know & I'll do a set for you if you need them. If you or Ducatirider have any preference let me know which ones you'd like

i was looking for standard liege kits, theres a couple already made but no goalkeeper. Pippjfreak let me know what you end up doing and I'll do a different one so we dont do the same.

Yeah I had a look on Cabanaxbox dudes website seeing as he's trying to collate everything retro but he only has some homes & away too.
Hadn't even thought about which ones to do & wouldn't be starting any for a while yet, will let you know if I get started on any though, would be a waste to both do the same ones.

Sorry for the double post however reading Harry and rats comments about potentially sticking with pes17. As we all love our retro clubs and national teams. With the evo web tool would be cool to completely change the whole game to be retro like this guy did https://www.evo-web.co.uk/threads/3-in-1-shollym-multi-patch-2015-16-big-news-74.75916/ http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10150143925421457.327102.62017601456&type=1 I think there is potentially enough of us to do this capturing a section each example English leagues could be mix of old premp div1 and scotland. Basically changing all

Thanks Pippjfreak and RedTed.

Didn't want to hassle you Pipp as you've been busting your balls creating kits for us. I was trying to get in contact with martinbueck too spread the burden as he another good guy always willing to help but his messages are still full.

Ducatirider would know best which kits to suggest as he is the expert in these teams. Hopefully he will suggest something soon. Think it was the lack of a GK that's held us back. Always best to apply images together. Keeps imports/exports cleaner IMO.

Antonyc1977 LOL it's nearly time for us to play the game too. Shame we can't get Roberto Carlos and the other 4 legends from Pes 16. Least we know it's possible to stick to one game with your experience. :).

Not sure which team it was, someone in Serie B. Working on a solution to the conflict with Donatason.

biggest issue was actually finding a picture of Standard keeper from days of old. If you find one let me know and I'll make it. Just don't choose one with crazy patterns! nice and simple please.

Out and about at the moment mate, but just type in google 'Michel Preud'Homme 1982 or 1983 Standard Liege' should get a good pic of a retro GK kit
