I think your work is wonderful, and for me it's pretty normal to ask permission for another's work, question of respect.

But unfortunatly I probably won't release this patch, one of the patcher I asked don't allow me to use his players (more or less 150 players) I accept his decision, sorry for interested people :(

Thank you mate. It is unfornate that is the case for you but I guess at least you can still enjoy in a personal level. Out of interest, who is the patcher who denied authorisation? Maybe private message me to protect their identity. I have no judgement for the person unless they are denying you something that they have done themselves.

I don't get this at all. Why would an editor not allow his players to be used when they have already shared them to the masses already, it just doesn't add up! Surely we all want our teams / players created to go global for everyone to enjoy.

Yeah it's mental, spend hours/days/weeks creating something then make it hard for people to see/use it. What's the point?

It's a very sticky subject guys. I can definitely see both sides of the argument. The way Zambro87 has approached is respectful and the correct way of going about it so the answer can only be yes.

In reality a no would not be enforceable anyway. As you can not really stop these things. Especially when already shared to the public. Like I said, others repackage with no consent etc. This isn't really nice... But even that is impossible to stop.

Best to remember why we do it in the first place and that's our passion for football/pes. With the tools available we would still create even if we could not share. As once you start classics, it becomes an addiction that's hard too stop lol.

Hope these are OK Trev, there was a bit of guesswork in the away kit. Couldn't find images of the whole kit (the shirts right, got a good image of that on oldfootballshirts.co.uk) not many other teams play in yellow & the 80's wasn't big on digital photo's :D
