How good is the J-League though?

A lot of money being spent in China (Drogba etc) and the Middle Eastern states nowadays.

Maybe Konami should get in there...or do FIFA already own those rights as well?

I was hoping for every top league to have a D2 League and the ability to change teams as a manager in Football Life but sadly it doesnt seem that will be the case........

A competition with 46 competitors....

When you finnished a season in that league, PES 14 will be out...

I really don't see a 46 team league lol. Maybe a malleable league structure for the PES,/D2 leagues to facilitate a English Championship or a smaller league 18 clubs -less ?

I assume the most intelligent part would be to divide those 30-40 teams from division 2 in to 3 or 4 10 team 2nd divisions for each league, and choose which leagues we wish to associate those 2nd division when starting our ML

Is it truth that Manchester would be the only PL licensed team?

Well Spurs have signed with EA, so it won't be them, I think Everton, Chelsea, City, Villa, Fulham and Newcastle have deals with EA too.

There was a rumour a while back about Liverpool being the other licensed team - but I don't know where it came from.

I'd love Konami to add the MLS teams - although I think again EA have exclusivity. Also I find it a little odd that all teams that are involved in the UEFA Champions League qualifiers and the Europa League are not licensed through those deals.

Ya its pretty silly but there is a difference to obtaining a licence for a club and for a competition (ie. Champions League) having the competition does not mean they have ALL of the teams licensed (probably a minimum amount was agreed upon ) So the bad thing is you can have teams in the Champions League ie. Dortmund that have exclusive rights to EA and you need to rely on patches or team import files to get the other teams.

Not to long ago PES was the "official" game of Liverpool, Nando on the cover, Anfield as a stadium, then yeah you all know what happened. But hey It would be cool to hey them licensed again. Newcastle could also be an option.

As for MLS clubs It would be cool to see Galaxy, Red Bulls, I even like the squad that Montreal has...

Spurs is licensed in the Demo, if you open the dt04.img with an editor... but things may change until release of course.

In short it says how for some season Schalke is in the game but their logo isn't plus Tabanzpor has been removed oh and in this demo code the promoted teams are now seen too.

This is the Translete

Less than a month before the official release of Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 and the second demo now available on Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Network, we have "gutted" the second demo of PES 2013 and take a look at this code, if While not definitive, it gives us an idea of what will bring the final game.
First it should be mentioned that all leagues bring newly promoted clubs, which did not happen in the first demo, for example in the image can see the logo of Celta Vigo, taken from the second demo of PES 2013.
Unfortunately, and as you know the Tottenham Hotspur signed an exclusivity agreement with EA Sports and their FIFA series, so again we find the shield North East London (real name of the Spurs).
Moreover licenses were confirmed Sporting Clube de Braga, Nordsjælland and Motherwell, note that these clubs brought no official seal in the first demo of PES 2013. While the logos of Turkish club Trabzonspor and Scottish Rangers, dropped to third division, do not appear in the second demo of PES 2013.
Note that for some strange reason the German club Schalke 04, from Jefferson Farfan, do not bring your official logo as the first demo of PES 2013, but appears a logo with the name "Not Final", as can be seen in image.

Other European clubs

RSC Anderlecht
Club Brugge KV
Dinamo Zagreb
Sparta Prague
FC Copenhagen
FC Nordsjælland
Bayern Munich
Not? Final?
AEK Athens
Olympiacos FC
Panathinaikos FC
PAOK Thessaloniki FC
Wisła Krakow
CFR Cluj
CSKA Moscow
Spartak Moscow
Zenit St Petersburg
Celtic FC
Motherwell FC
Beşiktaş
Fenerbahçe
Galatasaray
Shakhtar Donetsk
Dynamo Kiev

As for the clubs in the Copa Libertadores, 34 logos appear generic or fictitious as you can see in the picture (Football Club FL).
Besides the actual logos of the clubs in the Copa Libertadores 2012 are duplicated in the second demo of PES 2013, although it could be a bug in the program and I'm seeing the demo files not the Xbox 360 and PC.
Although it could also be a way to "threaten" the restrictions imposed by CONMEBOL, making it possible to compete with these South American Master League clubs at the moment is only a guess hopefully confirm is reached.

As the 10 clubs mysterious first demo of PES 2013, which even talked in a previous post and mentioned several theories, this time has been reduced to only four, which leads us to believe that these were logos were reserving space for other clubs, probably the Brasileirao.

And as you know Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 will feature 20 fully licensed Brazilian clubs and updated, all the clubs that are part of the Brazilian Championship Serie A 2012, unfortunately could not license the tournament Brasileirão why the league lead name Liga Do Brasil.
Konami announced as the struggle to acquire the licenses was very hard and we can check it on the second demo of PES 2013 and we met with six fictional logos representing recent Brasileirão clubs that closed an agreement with Konami.

Graduate

Atletico Mineiro
Bahia
Coritiba
Cruzeiro
Figueirense
Guild
International
Nautical
Palmeiras
Ponte Preta
Portuguese
Santos
Sao Paulo
Sport

Unlicensed

Atletico Goianiense
Botafogo
Corinthians
Flamengo
Fluminense
Vasco da Gama

Finally the big surprise in the second demo of Pro Evolution Soccer 2013, was to find all the logos of the J.League clubs, whose official name is Nihon Pro Soccer League.
As everyone knows within the first demo of PES 2013 was found Tournament logos, banners, logo of a cup, a glass dummy, the leagueFlag and even empty text files within the named dt05_s Jpn.
Keep in mind that Konami has already licensed the J.League and for several years in Japan were published an exclusive version of World Soccer Winning Eleven including the first and second Japanese division, reaching the last delivery mode paid DLC Winning Eleven 2012.

The logos included in the second demo of Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 include the logos of the clubs first and second divisions of the Japanese league, making a total of 40 clubs, exceeding the number announced by Konami, which was 150 licenses, so you better take this news with caution as the game developed as you know is one, is why I find the files in the Japanese edition of PES demo, so it is possible that the J.League is again exclusively in Japan and World Soccer Winning Eleven 2013, hopefully the data base to make sure the game.

That's some nice info!

Another great thing to know: Only one team from the EUFA CL that isn't licensed, BATE Borisov.
