the plot: "The 5th King of the Iron Fist Tournament has ended with Heihachi Mishima missing and the eventual winner being Jin Kazama. Jin then assumes the role as head of the Mishima Zaibatsu and begins using the special Tekken force units for propaganda and manipulative acts all over the world.

Eventually many people become upset by this and it starts riots and eventually war amongst nations. With the world now at war, many nations lose their power and the Mishima Zaibatsu declares itself as an independent nation. The Mishima Zaibatsu is intent on conquering the world with only G Corporation to stand in its way.

I wouldn't worry, Soul Calibur IV and Street Fighter IV will both be on the Xbox and both will be better then Tekken 6 imo.

Those are excellent games indeed, but I've loved the tekken series since PSone and surely Tekken 6 will be sublime.

That's annoying to say the least, I was actually looking forward to Tekken 6 since I haven't played a fighting game in a while. I was just wanting a bit of variety in my games and it's disappointing now. Bah.

I think Tekken is balls myself.

It has some of the shittiest characters in any fighting game I've played. Not that I play many, but still, t'is balls.

Agreed with the characters though. I remember that there was usually one character in every Tekken series that doesn't even have their own move, you know, the one that randomly selects a character's move.

I only like Tekken because of the Mishima and Kazama storyline.

Apparently Tekken 6 was announced for the 360 earlier today at the Tokyo Game Show.

I couldn't care less, but I know plenty will.

Glad to see you are a good normal PS3 user i'm sick of the fanboys slating me everytime I say something that is true but makes their precious Sony machine seem bad. They are losing all of their big exclusives, Bad stuff for Playstation users, hopefully they'll at least get a few good ones to keep you busy, Little Big Planet looks pretty cool:)

This is excellent news, I love the Tekken series. Now all I need is God of War and MGS to be announced for the 360 and I'll be happy. :happy:

Am I the only one that:

A) Couldn't give a shit about Tekken

and..

B) Couldn't give a shit about exclusives?

Most of the best games are multiplatform. Of course i'd like to play games like Gears of War 2 but then again it doesn't really kill me to know im missing out.
