You create an account like you would on eBay, and input your credit card details on that account. Once you've done that, visit the appropriate thread on Insight, follow the link, select the payment option and then log into PayPal (making sure the server is secure, obviously). It'll pay the money for you and send confirmation of the payment to your email address.
