here's the thread that reveals all: http://kitanamedia.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1087

read the first ten pages, that should clarify what I said.

listen to the podcast for even more info

here's the link for konami on endorphin: http://www.naturalmotion.com/products.htm

Sorry but there's nothing that really points to Euphoria in PES. People just guessing, and they mainly guess it's a 360 movement.

Some people didn't believe it would be 360 because BEFORE Adam knew there would be 360 in PES he said FIFA's 360 isn't anything big or to get excited about - and so people thought it couldn't be it.

edit: about the force is strong in this one:
This is how the rumour all began:

A fathead called FreMM first posted:
It is deffo Endorphin.
Adam commented on a post hinting at Endorphin stating; "the force is strong with this one"
Which game made extensive use of Endorphin?
Right. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.

And where he came up with this? From these posts:

Endorphin is just a way of making animations faster, lol....

EA use it too...

its completely different from euphoria..

Maybe - but that's not what we are discussing... ;o)
We are talking about Konami implementing it, in which the vids from Gamescom didn't show any signs off...

Well i hope they do, I thought no way could Euphoria be used but Endorphin, sure. EA has been using it for a while...

from adam"Yeh its awesome seeing the responses.

I have to admit, when the news hits some of you might be nervous.

Its a statement of what Konami can achieve, in many respects proving that the game engine they have can handle a lot more than people think. All that rubbish that people were saying about 'we need new gameplay engine', this addition sticks a middle finger up at those people.

Its a great achievement, and should wow a lot of people wanting more. For seasoned PES players though like myself, it could prove to be daunting."

Everything suits perfectly for 360 movement. Nobody thought it was possible, everybody thought EA:s effort was revolutionary. And it really changes how you play the game. Also at that point Adam didn't know you could play it on PS3:s d-pad - he and many other players only use d-pad and not the analogue stick - that's what he meant with the daunting-part.

Please also read the edit-section from my previous post.

With news in general though, I'll never take my best interests to constitute what is big news and what isn't.

fair enough, just don't feel it's good enough, expected really, konami couldn't afford to be left behind. better animations on par with fifa is much much better.

Hmm, what are you trying to say, I think you are badly misreading his writings - that sentence doesn't tell anything about euphoria nor does it say that Adam doesn't think 360 isn't huge.

As he said just a few lines earlier:

no offense, but i never said 360 degree isn't great. Don't go misquoting me please.

So end of discussion I think. You've got only bad rumours and strange quotations, nothing really "suspicious".

ok, that's with me, not trying to force anything on anybody, but I really believe that konami is going to blow us away with something animations related, it's the only way they'll get people to buy it, the expectations in this area of the game are huge, and konami know it. people won't accept old baywatch animations, and badly joined animations making everything twitchy and make players feel like 50 grams.

Once again PES players over hype somthing, Konami are using a new animation tool that EA have been using since 08...

Well again: Good for EA! ;o)
If Konami can make a much better game by using it, I really don't care if half the industry has used it before... ;o)

Online Worries for me AGAIN!

I am worried though because of the past. I am genuinely really excited for this years game as I think it is going to be absolutely brilliant in all aspects! Well maybe not the keepers! lol. But then again Konami might improve this also. In reality they need to fix the game proper or they may lose fans forever.

Do you think it would be possible for Konami to release the demo with online play the way Call of Duty World of War was done?

This way we would all be able to judge if there will once again be a lag fest!

I dont mean to be a doom and gloom merchant. As I said, I think the game is going to brilliant but in this day and age it is unacceptable to release another broken game.

Perhaps Konami would sort it properly if fans were to go down the legal path and sue them? Would this be a possibility? Im sure there would be something illegal about continuously releasing a game with problems.

I dont want to go to Fifa for online games of football. I just dont enjoy it. Seabass is 100% right when he says it doesnt play like football.

I didn't mean it harshly or offensively. If you felt it that way then I'm sorry! ;o) (Hence the smileys...)

I just think it's better they use it instead of not useing it. Then it doesn't really matter if it's been used before or not. Especially if it'll result in better animations. And since I'm one of the (few?) PES guys in here who actually think that the animations in FIFA is - so far - way better than PES' ditto, then I'm All-In for the implementation.
