Despite playing PES/WE actively for about a year now, I don't kind of understand the horizontal bar (mostly shaded in green) next to the arrow given to each player in the selection screen.One of the thread has explained very clearly what the arrow represents so I have no problem with that. My confusion is the horizontal bar, sometimes it is green and sometimes it is half green, half purple or 3/4 green 1/4 purple. I mean it varies. What does this green bar actually represents?

The green bar shows the player's fitness or stamina. The higher, the better.
The red bar is for fatigue. The higher, the more likely he is to get injured.

The fatigue bar (the small one under the stamina bar) also causes players to have less stamina already at kick-off.
