Well, the latest issue of PC Gamer gave it 93% (or was it 92?) and they tend to be relatively accurate towards what I like. Haven't tried it myself, but from what I'd heard at the preview stage, I really didn't think they'd give it such a high score.

It's been shaping up for years to be a classic.

Haven't played it, but I hope to soon.

Anyone know what's happening with the PS2 version?

Are the rumours true? Has the console version been canned?

Anyone had chance to play it yet? I quite fancy it but want some user opinions first.
I havent played it yet, but have ordered it and play.com are sending it now. I know someone who has played it though and said it was a great game, and well worth getting.

How would it be if you could completely convert a film you like to the game? To completely reproduce it and leave out parts you dont like.

I'm sure there'd be some sort of demand for money from somewhere on some level though, even if the importing of a real movie wasn't for commercial purposes.

Ive got the game. Its amazing, you start in 1920 and your tech. is terrible, your films are in black and white and you have no sound in your films....just subtitles. But as you progress through the game and new inventions come out, you start to buy and build new buildings that will add sound and colour to you films.
At the start of the game you can name your studio (mine is called "happy days" as I focus on comedy films) and when making a film, you can edit every aspect of the film, to the characters position, to the density of the weather.

A must buy for any "theme park" or "black and white" fans.
