Halo is pick-up-and-play game. It only takes about a half hour to get the hang of it. Egg is probably shite any road so it wont matter much.

What do you mean indoors?

All righty then. I didn't have the old X-box on live so I missed out on it an'all. I played plenty of system-link games though, so I'm quite dandy.

news about the commentators is fairly good, but like it says it was the scripting that was the problem,i got a little bored of the same voices but mainly i dont think they were bad just awful awful script.i usually put some tunes on anyways.

yeh if the master league stuff is tru my guess wold be its for a new team,if you started with an existing youd prolly keep the same sponsor, stadium ect. i still arent convinced therl be a stadium editor tho.

oh btw for us 360 players whats the method for getting other peoples option files?is there like a max drive type device or will it have to be a memory unit with the data copied from the xbox itself?just wondering coz alot of the guys are 10x better than me at editing and id like to be able to get my hands on some of there work,i remeber making some teams on pes5 like leeds ect,i got the paper checked out the badges and kits and made them, they looked good, then i came on here and realised i could get all the teams edited not just a few i could do in the prem, and they looked amazing!

so just wondering how 360 can share option files?

Nice to see the Yids have made an appearance, but it fucks me off that they are still taking teams out, like Latvia. They should be adding loads of shit national teams, not taking them out.

And the club teams disgust me, as does Konami's poorness. Where's the Premiership licence, and where's the other Scottish teams, Hearts and Hibs namely? Instead we get a load of shit Swedish teams that no one will ever play as.

Still, I've wanted the diving feature for ages, that should be tremendously useful. However, they haven't added the two-footed or leg-breaking challenge, an obvious red but you know you've injured the player, most likely permanently.

I agree that now is the time to be adding more teams but I think it gets to a point, however, where Konami have to know when to stop. If you add this country, then 'why not this country', and so on. You gotta have limits. To be honest, I think there are probably enough teams of varying quality within the international group. Does anybody really want to play as Uzbekistan's B team against Brazil? That'd be no fun.

Your 2nd paragraph smacks of a little ignorance I must say. Firstly, EA have a deal with FIFPRO that prohibits any other developer from using any more then 2 Premiership teams. Konami would love all the teams to be licensed but - for now - EA have got a monopoly on this. It sucks but I guess it would make the day when that deal runs out and Konami gets the full league license all the sweeter.
Secondly, you have to realise this game is sold worldwide. Just because you are from the UK doesn't mean that it should be UK-centric. The league leaders from Finland deserve to be in the game just as much as any other team and I am sure their fans are delighted about it. Konami are obviously taking the approach that they want to represent as many nations with clubs teams as possible, similar to the types of teams that enter the Champions League. You could argue that they are poorer teams but it add's more authenticity and diversity to the game than putting the entire SPL in the game. Again, I am sure one day this might happen but right now the Scottish league is too weak to command as many teams within the game.

totally agree with you mate, we all kno that pro evo is far better than fifa but is still in the shadows due to the licensing issues, but the day pro gets the full leagues will be a kill off in fifa's eyes.

only celtic should really be in the game because rangers is kinda a thugish team but cus of the old firm i guess its ok.

how far away is the german games convention so we can see more shit about ro evo cus im gagging

I think the likes of Armenia, Albania, Faroe Islands, Andorra, Iceland, New Zealand, Iraq, etc. should all be in the game. I'm not talking really shit teams, but ones that are needed.

I don't want the entire SPL, just Hearts and Hibs. Its not too much to ask. And you're honestly telling me that the Swedish league commands 4 teams?

But we don't know how Konami even choose which International teams to put in the game. If it was done by ranking, someone likes Wales would be lucky to get in the game. More likely its done by geography where the country where sales of the game are high enough get put in the game? Again, who's to say many people in Ghana play it. I agree with the teams that you mention and think there would be no harm in including those. I guess we just have to bow to Konami's idea of balancing the game content.

Did I say the Swedish league should have 4 teams? I said that the League Champions or regular CL entrants should get in the game. What have Hearts and Hibs done to get in the game? If they can't challenge in such a sub-mediocre league as the SPL then why would someone who lives in Portugal or Japan be interested in playing as them? You can't seem to get past your Anglocised perspective on that one. There is more to the world of football then British football clubs, especially to the makers from Japan.

Our main man Erik Hansson from over at Level7.nu has just brought me the good news that Ronaldinho is currently featured in PES 2008. This obviously will please millions of his WE/PES fans worldwide following the news in the GAMESPOT article that claimed he wasn't featured. This information was confirmed on the Xbox 360 beta preview of the game. Although it could change for the final product we are extremely confident at W.E.N.B. that he will be in the game.

However, some disappointing news is that the German national side has no licensed player in their side. Obviously the players are probably using their names and likenesses when representing their club sides. It would definitely be a disappointment for all our German viewers and fans of the German national side that the national team players are not licensed. We will keep you updated on this news and any changes as they happen.

didnt realise anybody thought ronaldinho wasnt gonna eb in it,especially since the 1st screens CLEARLY show him.no change with germany then, least this time we should be able to register the real life counterparts, like replacing "BOTANSKI" with chelseas "BALLACK" non the less a nuisence tho.
