I missed out on HL 2 cos I got rid of my Xbox before it was released, so I'm looking forward to this. For me, Half Life is the greatest FPS created.

Bargain of the year. TRUFAX.

Considering the amount of parts to it (being like 5 games), I'll probably get it on PS3, I don't think my PC will be able to cope with the amount of GBs needed unless I delete quite a lot of things.

There was a topic on the xbox forums about how many discs there would be for the 360 version, (only 9GBs a discs remember) but some guy owns all 5 games and they take up less than 9GBs combined. The biggest was Half Life 2 (obviously) with around 1.4GBs.

My PC wouldn't even run Portal tbh, so it's the 360 version for moi.

I like the name, and owning the game on PC myself I can say the contents of it are excellent as well. I will get this no doubt.

Got the Orange Box the other day (for the PC). The main point is TF2 which is fucking brilliant. Very high production and style, and the gameplay is great fun too. A game everyone should play, sad to see nobody else has played it yet (I guess mainly because everyone is a console gamer and you can only get the beta via Stream).

Also, I have a spare free copy of Half-Life 2 (as I owned it before the Orange Box) so if anyone has Steam I will happily send it to them as a gift! Although most people probably have it.

Orange Box is out for the PC? Bloody hell, why did I not realise this??? I'll be getting it as soon as possible. I can't wait to play Team Fortress 2 :smug:

Well I'm pretty sure they're not letting anyone play the 'beta' of TF2 after today or tomorrow, so check first before you preorder! Sorry I didn't make it clear that the Orange Box isn't fully out, Portal and Episode 2 you can only preload (and maybe TF2 now). Not sure when they're fully releasing the whole thing, so check first!

My brother bought The Orange Box on his laptop. I haven't played the later Half-Lifes as I have decided to play the first Half-Life so hopefully I will enjoy the game more.

I played Portal and the game just seems so fun. Great game. I have heard Team Fortress 2 is good. In all, The Orange Box seems to be a collection with each title being good.

What a game. I've only played about 40 minutes of Half Life, but I can tell I'm in for a treat. And yes, this is the first time I'm playing Half Life 2. My PC is terrible and I didn't have the original xbox at the time of release.

Shame this is the only FPS, or game for that matter, that gives me motion-sickness. :eek:hmy: I don't think I could play more than an hour without needing a rest\break.

I've not completed HL2 yet. I'm stuck in a room where I must setup a defence perimeter against the combine soldiers.

i seen my mate play hl2 a long time ago on the pc and it looked amazing, me having a shitty pc thought id never get to play it but then it came out for the 360. I must say this is one of if not the best game i have ever played from the story to the clean crisp graphics i loved every second of this, ep1 and 2 and also portal which i didnt expect a lot from but was completly taken in by it, theres a nice little twist to the game which i enjoyed imo this game is a 10/10 and a must for all fps fans.

for anyone who has finished portal check out this link http://www.gametrailers.com/player/usermovies/117488.html if you havent please do not veiw as it contains spoilers

I've just completed Half Life 2. A quality game, but the last hour or so was disappointing for me. I started episode one and it seems like it's going to be just as good. :)

The portal game looks interesting. Not sure if I'll get this as CoD4 satisfies my FPS needs & I'm pretty fed up with FPSs.
