ive had a 10 but i set out on purpose to get one (1* lol)
I think ive seen a headbandage but if i have ive forgotten about it
(ive had 2 knee injuries on 1 player at once!! both legs!)
As for the penalty 4 handball, it happened in my very first match!
(but that was the only time!)

Never had a perfect 10, had the odd 9.5 with Henry, no head bandage, one or two pens for handball, a few leg bandages, countless dodgy advantage decisions, too many great tackles blown for fouls and two diving headers scored from the strikers head appearing through the groin of the defender to nod it in. 
I recieved 1 10 ever. That was for Ruud van Nistelrooy with Holland, 4 shots, scored 3. But I've played games where van Hooijdonk has scored 7 out of 9 shots and got only a 7. The rating is wank.
NEVER SEEN A PENALTY FOR HANDBALL. It's a case of you have a shot, it hits your player on the leg, or it hits the opposition on the hand, and they get a freekick for it.
Never seen head bandage, only thigh bandages.
I've had offsides in the teams own half before. And once I scored a freekick from 5 metres out from Maldini apparently. I hit a freekick, hit Maldini and went in, but it registered as a Maldini freekick from 5 metres.
On PES4 it's got to stop cheating on 5 stars. Especially against France, they score really stupid goals were the keeper falls over, or drops the ball. And if you're 1-0 the game doesn't end til they score. The refereeing decisions are a joke at times.
The most annoying thing is when you split a defence in 2, you're onside, it won't let you control the ball, so either the keeper gets it, or the defender gets back. Don't go giving me the 'you can't do it properly' thing because I've played over 2000 matches on it, unlocked every trophy, completed the training missions bar the very last dribbling level and most of the games have been 4 or 5 stars, with at least 80% wins.

Never had a 10 highest was a 9...the rating system is still shite...how do you explain someone who scores a hatrick or 4 and only gets an 8...and Im not talking all PK's goals...
