use Paint.NET, with this program, you can cange color, size (142x253), give trasperens and put the logo...

My little think:

The thing I like about this forum is that just a guy trying to make templates, and are not good, instead of helping, advising the program might be used or where is wrong, he was immediately told that his work is not good and immediately posted a template is best to demoralize, to say look how well I do them, too bad, because here we have perhaps the best man to edit template PS3 ... if a person does not like the work of another person, or should not say anything or even advise to improve ..... pardon the bad English.

P.S. I create templates for the pure pleasure of paint, a little game pes, I love to draw, relaxes me, I make them for others, but they do for me ...

not a big fan of vixons work i wont lie, but i agree with him you shouldnt post a png on someone elses thread just to say 'ha mines better' .
