Hello Krookwk and the others,

How are you?

i repeat myself but your player are excellent, continue. Just to know you will update Schnellinger (absent in PES5), he's important for my future Milan ac of the 60's.

This is a link to a site with flag and emblem, particularly classic emblem (inetressant to do the classic jersey) and for example the old adidas logo:

As for the goal celebrations, I decided not to include them this time. The main reason was to give the players more personality but all players (bar Alan Shearer) celebrate differently when they score anyway. That is the reason, although maybe I will include them if requested.

How long do you have to wait to get PES5/WE9 beasley?

I also find that the goal celebrations help give the players personality, and I'm still mildly irritated that I had to edit Hugo Sanchez in PES4 to make him do that forward flip after a goal. Don't break your back to find them, but if you know about certain players who like to celebrate certain ways, let us know, too.

To answer your question, the last two versions of Winning Eleven reached the U.S. in early February, so I'd expect this next one in about three months.

It was only right that my first newly created player would be Johnny Haynes.

I found out an improvement in pes5 from pes4: it's much easier to create classic teams!
U just use the "My best eleven" feature in Master League and you can save a team of classic players, and their original stats stay the same. It only takes about 80 kb on your memory card, so you can create dozens of teams.

In pes 4, when you did the same, the stats of the classic players would go back to when they were 17... basically they would suck ass.

I use 2 memory cards with identical option files, and then I use the second memory card to create teams with(I can just transfer players to e.g. real madrid and start master league, save my best eleven, and quit. Then i can use that team on the other mem card)...

So now I wondered if someone could help me out to fill in the gaps in the squad list for the different teams I wanna create.

Here are my suggestions for 2 teams(not complete):

Classic Real Madrid:
F. Hierro
Di stefano
Gento
M. Laudrup
Bernd Schuster?
Haller
Michel ?
Didi
W. Samuel
Anelka
Seedorf
Makelele
Illgner
Hugo Sanchez
Raymond Kopa ?
Samuel Etoo
Redondo
Suker
Butragueno
Owen
Mijatovic

Classic Barcelona:
luis enrique
lineker
p. andersson
m. laudrup
neeskens
hagi
maradona
ronaldo
figo
zubizarreta
Bernd Schuster?
romario
stoichkov
dani
kiko
vitor baia
rivaldo
guardiola
fabregas
r. koeman
cruyff
bakero
beguiristain
babangida
kluivert

I mostly use players that are already in the game, since I'm not really good at appearences or stats.
I'm also working on a classic version of: Ajax, Milan, PSV, Juve, Inter, bayern, arsenal, Man u, Liverpool, lazio, dortmund, spurs.
Or perhaps: best of world cup 90, world cup 94, best of east-europe.. and so on... the possibilities are endless...

If we could somehow create a good list for each team, and create the players that are missing from the game, we could make this game just a little bit better for a lot of people.

So how about it guys?

Please comment...

Sounds terrific, though I'm not sure whether rosters for Classic Milan, Juve, Ajax, etc. should be on this thread or have its own separate thread. I'm leaning toward the latter, because I'm afraid that if we post lists for those teams, it'll give rise to arguments like whether Schuster and Laudrup should be on Classic Real or Barca, and that's not what this thread is for. Still, if it's that easy to create so many different kinds of all-star teams in PES5, that makes this thread even more helpful. And, as you mentioned, creating those classic club teams could help us on this thread in deciding which players to create next. My advice would be to post your classic rosters on your own thread (or better yet, revive one of the many old threads about those subjects) and then check back here and make recommendations about missing players. Having links between the threads would be great as well. Anyone else have any ideas?

Yeah totally agree with that. Although I do intend to have classic teams on the menu, the players come first and obviously when all the players are made will the classic teams be completed. But as it stands I want to recreate all my previous creations from PES4, only when that is done will I concentrate on classic teams.

While I welcome talk here about it, it may be better as beasley says to start a new thread. If we all agree I will start one or someone else can. It will be a great help having requests that I can add to my "to do list".

I think that as the two threads are to work together, shall I be the one to start a new thread? Let me know what you think.

Thanks Silomaen for the info. it's very useful.

His long passing was the best part to his game, for which I gave him a 98, one from perfect. And 95 for short passes maybe could be 96 or 97, but I didn't want to overrate him. I felt it was fair how I rated him. Feel free to change his stats if you don't agree but personally I wouldnt give him 99's for both long passes and short passes.

Yeah, Bettega, Boniperti & Sivori. All three great Juventus players who were dropped from PES5.

I should have all the classic players dropped from PES5 done by the end of the weekend so then I can move on to the others.

I don't fully understand what you mean, if you are talking about the classic players that were in PES4 but not in PES5, I said that I will have them all done by Sunday.

Is that what you meant?
