Been away from my computer because of the extended holiday over here, so I'm just now hearing about George Best's death. I never saw the man play, but I know that when he joined a team in Canada called the Vancouver Whitecaps (still in existence, by the way), he joked that he did it because he saw an advertisement saying, "Drink Canada Dry."
