As you can see from my Sig, I have van den Borre and Kompany as CB's, good solid partnership, conceded 10 goals in 27 Prem games, still unbeaten.

Here is a picture of Baumjohann in 2007. I think this will make everyone want to buy him.....:D

hey estill could u teach me how u train your players during the off season? do u train them over and over again or is there something to it?

To be honest pal, I rarely train them up during an off-season, I find it very time-consuming with little improvement. All I have done is win, win, win.

At the beginning of his career, Baumjohann probably isn't good enough to go into a good team such as Liverpool like I chose. In the first season give him regular substitute appearances for half-an-hour or so, when your team is winning or going to win.

He improves very quickly straightaway, and then over the next few years he improves a bit more gradually. I had him as a regular first-teamer from the half way point of season 2. The picture I posted above are his stats midway through season 4.

These methods I use aren't just for Baumjohann, I do it for all young players and I suggest you do the same. Just give young players regular chances to break through, despite below average stats, and I assure you they will come good after a few league triumphs.

thanks for the training tip estill, will keep it in mind :). i've heeded your advice by getting vandenborre. i got jacobsen too from psv. now looking to get either cesc, scneijder or diego. diego looks good in the game.

anyway did anyone else get lee chun soo? he's developed into a great player. i've got alot of his white stats into yellow and yellow stats into orange and orange into reds. i play him on the flank and is a very good player IMO. and robinho is a genius in dribbling. i could make him run rounds around the box all day and no one would touch him!

Cases and Verza from Villarreal - Can buy them at 17 both develop into HUGE players. Cases is the Golden Boy of my team now - the star. And Verza is the Captain and midfield general.

Yea I had Casillas. Swapped Dudek for him, which seemed a good idea. He played about half a season, so about 15 games, before I sold him on again, utter crap.
