My new option file is ready at:

Features:
- Correct player/team names.
- The majority of the transfers I could find on the web (some website have conflicting information).
- Starting line ups (mostly taken from the latest games although again there is conflicting information on some websites as to the correct starting line-ups)
- Created about 50 players who were not previously in the game but there are still more to be created somewhere down the line. All player stats taken from CM4. I haven't messed around with call names.
- Moved good players like "Di Canio" to the 'free' players section rather than removing them from the game altogether.
- PES Utd are now Southampton.
- WE Utd are now Stuttgart.
Some teams have been a pain in the ass as there is so much conflicting transfer info and starting line up info so if I've got your favorite teams line up wrong, I apologize, it won't take you two minutes to change it.
Remember that you need to remove everything from the 'save' folder in the Pro Evolution Soccer 3 folder for this option file to take effect.
(Please make a back up of your old option file and saved games just in case you don't like my changes.)
Anyway, this should hoepfully be the best option file out there at the moment. I didn't mess around with existing players stats to create "supermen".
