The wolf patch crash

I saw from other people's posts that they have the same problem, but nobody could exactly answer. The game was working fine until, I installed the wolf's 2005 patch. The game started crashing after the first scene (stadium scene), at the begining of the match. I have an excelent video card, so that can't be it, and I'm sure that I installed it properly (re-installed several times). I tried everything.

Can anyone solve this problem, please?

best solution i've found is to go back to the previous wolf patch and just put the balls in w/o the stadium and i've had no crashes that way...lots of crashes with wolfs latest patch

seems to be when i put in the o text to the game which is the one with the stadiums and boots cause i ve put everything else in and that works fine so i ve put all the other s in and its working fine if anyone know whats wrong please let me know

go there and read the bit about the crashing. i used 3d analyser and it work.

Yep I agree with this as worked fine after the same problem
