Dont argue.I would like to know what to do as I also get the cannt open file when trying to import both uniforms and badges.I ve got windows xp if that helps.

yep its importing those bin files that it says it cant open them
Try it that way
1. export 150pl_auto_uni.afs from FILEDATA.AFS or else.
2. export folder, extract all uni*.bin from 150pl_auto_uni.afs
3. Replace all your new uni*.bin
4. use AFSExplorer 1.20 (as I think more reliable to me) to import folder, the AFSExplorer will ask you to save another .AFS file.
5. After rebuilt file in step 3, open the saved .AFS file and import folder of step 3
6. import the "saved .AFS file" of step 5 to the FILEDATA or else.

To get it working i had to select all the files and do 'Import File' and not 'Import Folder' otherwise i got an error
or use the ppf from fishcake from the evo-web
before complaining about someone´s work

Move the "Latest Uniform & Flag Files" folder straight to your C: Drive (eg C:\Latest Uniform & Flag Files) and then import them. AFS Extract won't import if your directories are too long.

I just used "number player editor 2.1.0" (the one
compatible with the PC full version)
to fix the teams with or without collars
here's my file, rename it collar.dat and open it with the number editor

I wonder ig the "carling" thing on glasgow kits (rangers & settings) are a kind of signature of the kit author or is it the
real sponsor

Will have a new version available in the next 12 hours with updated kits for those with collar problems and kits for the small number of teams who didn't have the official ones included in thel ast version.
Regarding the collar problem. At some resolutions and color depth settings, the collars will mess up unless you fix them yourselves with the in-game editor. I have had for example the USA home national jersey mess up running at anything under 800x600 but look perfect at higer resolutions.
It seems there will be no perfect uniform file for kits with collars that will work on everybody's machine. the next patch though should correct the problem for 95% of people.
To those who liked the previous patch and supported me, thanks very much, you'll enjoy this next installment more. For the ungrateful bastards who did nothing but moan, how about you freak off on the horse you rode to town on and make your own update for the game (that doesn't include you guys who struggled installing it because I neglected to explain in the instructions to extract the [150pl_auto_uni.afs] folder to the c:/ drive so the folder name isn't too long for AFS Extract)
