Basically, the rules are:

Doesnt have to be henry on the front use any football related images or even non football ones if you have a wild/obscure imagination!
Use any programs ya like, photoshop, paint shop pro etc.
Add any effects, just basically freestyle it, whatever you want.

And it will be judged on things like:

-Presentation (basically, neatness and quality of the images used)
-Style (marks for how stylish (or not) your cover looks eg do the effects work/look good, does it work as a pes4 cover etc)
-shop floor (How believable is the cover in real world terms, if you saw it in a game shop, would you buy it?)

Marks given out of 10.

wanna give this a try? can anyone think of anything else? anyways, just an idea if ya wanna all give this a go, cos it seems you guys arent bad at all from the covers I have seen.

Thanks for the comments though I didn't really do much. The main picture was cut from a Nike wallpaper so all I really did was the text and logos etc.

I'm going to try and make a better one for the competition if I have time.

Konami have done a good job with PES4's cover. It has Thierry Henry and Francesco Totti; two of the most recognisable and respected figures in the modern game. It would have been nice to have had other famous players on it such as Raul, Ronaldo, Trezeguet, van Nistelrooy, Zidane, Vieri, Larsson, Beckham, Shearer, Figo, Nedved, Davids, Shevchenko, Del Piero, Buffon, Vieira... Lol as if they'd all fit on the front cover! It'd be cool to have some classic footballing legends on it too such as Pele, Diego Maradona, Michel Platini, Marco Van Basten, Johann Cruyff and Bobby Charlton but hey, can't have it all, can we!

And of course the cover's got Pierluigi Collina; the most recognisable referee in the world. Thats right England fans, even more recognisable than Urs Meier!!

P.S. Zico was on the cover at one point, wasn't he?[/CENTER][/LEFT]
