Throwing myself into the Masters

This may sound like a dumb request but I am trying to get into the masters cup and to do this I must end my usual domination and looses for once. I was wondering if there was a quick way to throw games because I can't be bothered to score a few own goals and watch the players run aimlessly round for 10 minutes on coaching mode. Thanks in advance for any help.

Well, you can set an attacker as the goalie, leave all your defenders as high up the pitch as possible save for one (so that the computer doesn't get so many passes ruled off as offside), and hopefully the AI will seize the opportunity without your intervention.

While they're at it, you can read something or practice a musical instrument. Or do some work, clean up the house or make yourself some coffee. So many things to do.
