Guys, I need suggestion/opinion or tips for Operating Costs. What is your Operating Costs for:

Athletic Trainer:
Club Doctor:
Scout:
Youth Team:

My Athletic Trainer, Club Doctor, Scout are all 5m each and my Youth Team, Fan Club are 10m, by the way I am liverpool , it depends on what team you are

Mine are all 5 mil, Fan Club and Youth Team 10 mil...

Mine are all top too, it depends what level your team is at right now. There was a time I couldn't afford them all to be at the top level so I had the coach, athletic trainer and youth system at the top levels and left the doc and fan club lower.

second season and so far i have them all on the 1 mil mark.

i do think the club doc is a vital one to up as quick as poss as i currently have two of my most important players out on 30 week injuries. surely upping this should reduce such absences.

Depends on your team, mine never really got injured badly. If your good players are all Injury A then you don't have much to worry about.

this is mine... it happen becoz my club dont have much money to pay staff salary really sad coz my player salary is too expensive....

What i find ridicoulus but hilarious is the fact that you can upgrade all your staff levels and have the highest levels in everything (FOR FREE) in august:
When the season is over and you enter august, you upgrade them to level 5. Then just the week before you pay your outcomes - lower them again. Then you've had them all on level 5 for a month without paying for it.

You are indeed a very poor and a very bad and sad Manager...lol How is your team doing on injuries. I remember when I had my club doctor and athletic trainer on 1 million my players had injuries every single week.

Unless you want to break the game over your knee with a sickening crack, Youth Team lvl 1. Saves a lot of money. I think if you have players that retire, they come back to your YT no matter what.


Unless you fancy buying players in January, I'd lower scout. I always have mine at 5 because I am Man U, but you may not be a lvl 5 club.


Everything else at 5. Fan Club is a great return. $10,000,000 to get $18,000,000 a year. Works for me.

WTF! my club have a problem with costs even all the operating costs reduce soo much!!!
