Great news!!!

Think about it this way, we are all willing to sacrafice the bottom lesser known teams in la liga if this means that Chelski and L'arse will be lisenced.

Yes but have they released the statement, " we have attained the Champions League liscence, but unfortunately comrades, we had to let half the Spanish league go"...

If yes then fair enough, but I beleive they ballsed it up as per usual...

I prefer having licensed lower teams to go up against in ML. Yeah its good to have top teams but sometimes you get sick of seeing the top teasm kits all over the place, internet, news, highstreet...etc

It's interesting seeing the lesser famous teams.

Ye all faces and names will be spot on as they do not come under the La Liga licensing, they come under the FIFpro license who konami are licensed to use .

What im trying to say is nobody has said that it was necessary to have a trade off....

Unlike the rest of you, I do enjoy using the smaller teams such as espanyol and deportivo, and the person who broke the news said that Athletico Madrid would not be liscenced!

If thats true, then I would construe that as a balls up as Athletico Madrid are a massive club in Spain, and in european football an upcoming force.....

I just dont understand why there always have to be these trade offs with konami, I mean this aint Jenga mate, stop taking the blocks away and putting different ones in! ADD ONLY!!!!!

Atletico Madrid is IN the Champions League.. aren't CL Teams supposed to be Licensed??

Anyways, I hope Atletico Madrid is Licensed as they are a Big Team.. I would also be annoyed if Villarreal doesn't haves the proper Kit.

Im loving the fact they've added the champs league, I mean the music, the specialist teamsheets, the way the logo flashes up when you have a replay, strict euro refs, etc....

its just that with konami there's always a "but" tagged to every positive, which really bugs me....

liking the classic proper players thing tho....

hope they have the Pele celebration, jumping up on c.alberto, classic.

I hate the England League anyway. Most overrated, inflated league in the world.

Plus, every Spanish team is individually licenced, just the actual La Liga logo isn't there. No? Maybe I'm wrong.

To be honest, i wouldn't make a big deal about the less known La Liga teams not being liscensed, because with the edit mode back to where it used to be and according to KONAMI "you can create any kit in the world" whats stopping you from creating the less known spain teams kit?, and with the ability to import photo's to use as the front of the shirt, you can have an edited kit that looks good as the liscense kit.

In my opinion, KONAMI have been smart here. They have got edit mode back to the days of PES5 & 6 but added more templates. And at the same time sacraficed the lower league liscensed spainish teams for the other 2 big teams in the EPL being liscensed. And you will still be able to create the Spanish teams kit that looks good as the liscensed kit.

i couldnt really be bothered who is licensed, with all the editting and patching that will be going on around here most of us will have a near perfect game anyways, just means a lil more work but its a nice break when ive played a few too many matches and become slightly bored, having a tinker in the edit gives me something to do in that situation. i dont like how there is no source for this on the front page
