Does anyone know exactly what improves for the training methods
Shooting
Pass
Dribbling
Defence
Athletic Ability
Goalkeeper
They obviously improve the things they say and presuming shoot improves attack etc but what about things like heading ability? and what is athletic ability - Stamina, balance agility etc?
