You don't say which version of the game your using?
In WE8 it's all changed and meant to be much easier, but in PES3 or WE7i...
Go to Edit Mode, Register Player, Free Transfers...
Find Cisse in Auxerre's line-up, move him out of the first team to the bottom of the squad (replace him and tidy up behind you
)
Then Select him again, but now move him into Liverpool's squad by picking one of the 'Unregistered' slots at the bottom of their squad.
Once he's there move him into the first team by swapping him with a player on the way out (e.g. Heskey was transferred at the start of the summer, or Diouf, who hasn't even got a squad number this season).
