Transferring kits from WE8LE to WE9, PS2

I have a patched copy of WE8LE with all the club kits, what tools do I need to transfer all of them to WE9? and if possible a step by step guide will be really, really apprecaited..Thanks!!

Can't be done. Plain simple: A patch patches the whole game not the option file. If you'd have an option file with updated rosters etc. you would be able to use them in WE9 because there seems to be some kind of option to load option files from previous installments. For now, we'll just have to wait for reefur or someone like him to make a patch for WE9.
